This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how information about that directly identifies you (“personal information”) is collected, used and disclosed by Tureven, LLC (“Company,” “we” or “us”) and its affiliates, which own and operate Company in connection with our website at www.CitizensLobbyists.com (the “Site”) as well as the tools and services accessed through it (collectively with the Site, our “Service”).  The Policy also may describe some of our practices about other information that we collect from you or computers or devices that you use in connection with the Service which we may, in our sole discretion, choose to treat as personal information.  By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

      • We collect information and personal information from our users. The categories of information we collect can include:
        • Information you provide. We may collect and store personal information you enter in our Service or provide to us in some other manner.  For example, if you register for an account on the Site, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number and password.  If you sign up for a paid account, we may collect information about your payment, such as your credit card information and billing address.  If you respond to surveys through the Service, or from third parties (e.g., after you contact us for customer or technical support), we will collect the information you provide in the survey response.  We may also collect any communications between you and us, as well as any information you provide if you take part in any interactive features of the Service.
        • Information we receive from social networking and other third party services. When you interact with our Service via through social media or other third party services, such as when you login using Facebook, Google, Github, or LinkedIn credentials, or share Company content on Facebook, Google, Github, LinkedIn, or other sites, we may receive information from those sites including your profile information, profile picture, gender, user name, user ID associated with your social media account, age range, language, country, friends list, and any other information you permit the social network to share with third parties. The data we receive may depend upon your privacy settings with the social media or other third party site, and in general, we will not post information about you on third party social media sites without your consent. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to our Service.
        • Information we receive from third parties. From time to time, we may receive information about you from third parties. This may include information we receive from third party search engines about your search activity.  We may also collect information about you that is publicly available.
        • Information from cookies and other technologies.  We also collect information from cookies and other technologies, including as described in more detail below.

      • We automatically collect information about users and user computers and devices when users visit or use the Service. Some of the information we collect, and ways we collect it, include:
        • Cookies.  When you visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser or computer. A cookie may also convey information to us about how you use the Service (e.g., the pages you view, the links you click, how frequently you access the Service, and other actions you take on the Service), and allow us to track your usage of the Service over time.
        • Javascript and Log Files.  We may collect log file information, or other information using Javascript, from your browser or mobile device each time you access the Service. This information may include information that does not directly identify you such as your web request, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, information about your mobile device, referring / exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and how you interact with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other such information.
        • Clear Gifs.  We may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to anonymously track the online usage patterns of our Users. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. The information allows for more accurate reporting and improvement of the Service.
        • Mobile Device Information.  When you access our Service by or through a mobile device, we may receive or collect and store a unique identification numbers associated with your device or our mobile application (including, for example, a UDID, Unique ID for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Google Ad ID, or Windows Advertising ID), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.
      • We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and to understand more about the demographics of our users. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and how you use the Service, your use of third party applications, and other information of the type set forth above.
    • Information from Use of Data Services

      • If you believe that one of the Data Services users may have collected personal information about you from another website, you should contact that user with questions about its privacy practices.  This Policy is not intended to describe any Service user’s privacy practices.
  2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
    • We use, process, retain and store personal information that we collect or receive for a variety of purposes, including to do the following:
      • operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service,
      • improve the Service,
      • process your payments and maintain your subscription or account,

    • While we use or may use the data collected through cookies, Javascript or log files, device identifiers, and clear gifs information to do any of the above, we also plan to use such information to: (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit or use the Service; (b) provide custom, personalized content and information, including targeted content and advertising; (c) provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our website and our Service; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems; and (f) otherwise to plan for and enhance our Service.

      • c. Third party vendors, consultants and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, including performing or helping us perform any of the actions that we are permitted to do with personal information under this Policy, which may include (without limitation) content or service fulfillment, or providing analytics services;

      • e. Third parties as we, in our discretion, deem necessary to (i) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, subpoena/court order, legal process or other government request, (ii) enforce our Terms of Service at https://www.CitizensLobbyists/terms-conditions, including the investigation of potential violations thereof, (iii) investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, (iv) protect against harm to our rights, property or safety of Company, its users or the public as required or permitted by law and (v) detect, prevent or otherwise address criminal (including fraud or stalking), security or technical issues.
    • We may also share information with others in an aggregated form that does not directly identify you as an individual.  In general, we do not share User Data with third parties for third party purposes, though we may share data that is aggregated from User Data with third parties for our or third party purposes.
  4. THIRD PARTY DATA COLLECTION FOR ONLINE ADVERTISING
    • The Service includes third party online advertising networks and other third parties that collect information about your use of the Service over time so that they may play or display third party ads that may be relevant to your interests on the Site as well as on third party websites or apps.  Typically, the information that they collect is accomplished through the use of cookies, clear gifs/web beacons or other tracking technologies.  This information collection will happen automatically when you use the Service.  The third parties that do this change from time to time.  For information about choices you may have to limit some of the information collection that these third parties engage in, see the “Your Choices” section below.
  5. YOUR CHOICES
    • Marketing Communications.
      • If you do not wish to receive promotional emails, you can click the “unsubscribe” button on promotional email communications. Note that you are not permitted to unsubscribe or opt-out of non-promotional messages regarding your account, such as service or subscription/membership related communications, change or updates to features of the Service, or technical and security notices.
    • Online Advertising.
      • You may be able to “opt out” of some of the collection of information through cookies or other tracking technologies by actively managing the settings on your browser or mobile device, but we do not promise that such settings will be effective.  Please refer to your browser’s or mobile device’s technical information for instructions on how to delete and disable cookies, and other tracking technologies.  To learn more about cookies, clear gifs/web beacons and other tracking technologies, and to learn how you may be able to opt-out of interest-based advertising from certain online advertising networks, you may wish to visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org  and/or the Digital Advertising Alliance’s Consumer Choice Opt-Out page at http://www.aboutads.info/choices, though not all third parties that collect information about your use of the Service will necessarily be listed at the Opt-Out page or honor the elections you make there.  If you access the Service on your mobile device, you may not be able to control tracking technologies through settings.  Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our visitors, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser at this time.
  6. ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
    • If you have registered for an account with the Service, we may provide you with the ability to access, review and change certain personal information by logging into the Site, visiting your account profile page, and using the features and functionalities available there.

    • We take what we believe to be commercially reasonable means to protect personal information that we collect, but we do not guarantee that personal information will be completely protected.  For example, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Any transmission of personal information by you is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in the Service, including the illegal acts of third parties (such as criminal hacking).
    • Safety and security of personal information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) account credentials (e.g., user names or passwords) for access to certain parts of the Service, you are responsible for keeping those credentials confidential.   9. DATA TRANSFERS TO THE UNITED STATES

If you are located in the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and by visiting or using the Service, you expressly consent to the transfer of information to the U.S. or any other country in which we or our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Policy.
  10. PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
    • We do not knowingly provide the Service to minors. If you are below the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Site for informational purposes, but you may not use other aspects of the Service.
    • The Service is not directed to or intended for children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 18.  If you are a parent or guardian of a child under the age of 18, and believe that your child may have provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@citizenslobbyists.com, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information.
  11. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
    • The Service may contain links to and from third party websites, such as of our business partners, advertisers, social media sites, and other third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies. Please check the individual policies before you submit any information to those websites.
  12. UPDATES TO THIS POLICY
    • We reserve the right to modify this Policy from time to time. If we make any changes to this Policy, we will change the “Last Revision Date” below and will post the updated Policy on this page. If you object to any changes, please deactivate your account (if any) and stop using the Service. Continuing to use our Service after we publish changes to this Policy constitutes your consent to the changes.
